I work in an orderly way: we understand the problem first, then we document it, build the solution, and iterate with you to refine the outcome.

  1. Needs analysis

    We identify goals, context and project constraints to align expectations and define scope. We talk to stakeholders, review existing data and prioritise what needs to be solved first so the solution has real impact from day one.

  2. Requirements writing

    We document features, acceptance criteria and priorities for a clear basis to work from. Requirements act as a shared contract and avoid misunderstandings: the whole team knows what is being delivered, in what order and with what definition of done.

  3. Solution implementation

    Iterative development with incremental deliveries, maintainable code and good practices. I build on solid standards (testing, accessibility, performance) so the product scales and is easy to evolve when needs change.

  4. Product iteration

    We review feedback, measure results and refine the product in short cycles until we reach the goal. Iteration is not just «fixing bugs»: it’s learning from real data and usage to decide what next step delivers the most value.
